From my first job as a grocery store courtesy clerk, to my time in the military, to orthopedic patient care, my career has focused in service. Throughout my career, care, consideration and top-notch customer experience has been my focus. I extend this same level of customer service to my help clients buy and sell real estate.
As a member of the military, I was trained as a combat medic. Being stationed at West Point, my duty was to support an orthopedic clinic and the corps of cadets. Although, I was trained in life saving techniques on the battle field, my duties ranged from raking leaves out of the pond to assisting in surgery. My work focused on service.
After the military I was fortunate enough to land a position in a local orthopedic clinic where I worked on people who sustained an injury. I spent most of my time applying casts and straightening out fractured bones. I was usually able to turn a tough situation into a positive one. As my expertise evolved, it wouldn’t be uncommon to see me fix a fracture one minute and apply touch-up paint in the office the next moment. We had a saying “nobody is above the mop” and I take that very seriously. You should never be too important to provide service.
As I moved up in the field of orthopedics, I moved further away from actual patient care. This led me to the realization that HUGE part of my drive is working with people. This is why I decided to become a real estate agent. Working with and serving people in many different situations is the core of my real estate business.
I pride myself on listening to my clients, discovering every detail about their needs and developing a strategy to accomplish their goals. Buying or selling real estate is a more impactful life event than 99% of the wrist fractures I have seen. I strive to bring my clients through an often stressful situation, with ease and an optimal outcome.
